To provide a novel and useful manual operation type commodity conveyance mechanism capable of being easily mounted on an existing automatic vending machine without being subjected to any processing such as bending and drilling, which results in elimination of risks of failure due to processing.SOLUTION: A relay metal fitting 37 is fixed to a link member 15 and a wire 47 is passed through its through hole 45. When the link member 15 is moved upward by driving a motor 7, since the wire 47 is loosely fitted from the through hole 45 of the relay metal fitting 37, the wire 47 is hardly dragged by the upward movement and is slid in a direction to which the wire 47 protrudes from the through hole 45.
