Summary:To provide a power system for performing energy management including charge/discharge control of an electric automobile.SOLUTION: A power system S1 comprises: a detection device C1 which detects a value of junction power; a processing device A1 which derives an induction command value for setting the value of the junction power to a set adjustment target value; and a plurality of power control devices B1 each of which is electrically connected with a junction K and controls output power on the basis of an optimization problem using the induction command value. Each of the plurality of power control devices B1 comprises: a charge/discharge control device 10 for a storage battery with which a storage battery 19 is connected; and a charge/discharge control device 20 for an EV with which an electric automobile 29 can be connected. When a communication abnormality occurs in any of communication between the detection device C1 and the processing device A1, communication between the processing device A1 and the charge/discharge control device 10 for the storage battery, and communication between the processing device A1 and the charge/discharge control device 20 for the EV, the charge/discharge control device 20 for the EV notifies that the communication abnormality occurs while stopping charge/discharge of the electric automobile 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電気自動車の充放電制御を含めたエネルギー管理を行う電力システムを提供する。【解決手段】電力システムS1は、接続点電力の値を検出する検出装置C1と、接続点電力の値を設定された調整目標値にするための誘導指令値を導出する処理装置A1と、各々が、接続点Kに電気的に接続されかつ誘導指令値を用いた最適化問題に基づいて、出力電力を制御する複数の電力制御装置B1と、を備える。複数の電力制御装置B1は、蓄電池19が接続された蓄電池用充放電制御装置10と電気自動車29を接続可能なEV用充放電制御装置20とを含む。検出装置C1と処理装置A1との間の通信、処理装置A1と蓄電池用充放電制御装置10との間の通信、および、処理装置A1とEV用充放電制御装置20との間の通信のいずれかにおいて通信異常が生じたときに、EV用充放電制御装置20は、電気自動車29の充放電を停止しつつ、通信異常が生じていることを報知する。【選択図】図1
