To provide a noise suppression member capable of suppressing common-mode noises with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In a motor drive device 10, a noise suppression member 20 suppresses noises of an inverter circuit 40. The inverter circuit 40 is connected to a power supply 80 outside of a conductive housing 100.
