A first surface (210) extending between the forward face (202) and the rearward face (204) of the body (200) may include a plurality of protrusions (212, 234) for removable coupling of the body (200) to a build plate. A second surface (220) on the body (200) may extend between the forward face (202) and the rearward face (204) of the body (200), and may include a plurality of angled flat surface portions (220a-f, 240a-f).
