【課題】 被搬送物が薄くからみやすい場合、絡み合った状態の被搬送物を自動分離し供給するのは難しい。【解決手段】 市販のベルトコンベアを用いて、ベルトコンベアの最大速度、駆動モータ正転・逆転時のベルト移動距離、正転・逆転時のモータの起動時間と停止時間及び1回の起動での正転・逆転の繰り返し回数を任意に調整・設定ができるようにすることにより、重なり合いが減少・解消するような調整・設定を行い、からみあった被搬送物であるコア又は重なり合ったコアをほぐし分離かつ供給できるようにした。【選択図】図1 |
