Summary: | To provide a power generator which can efficiently generate power by utilizing vibration of a structure and an eddy current type damper which can utilize the power obtained by the power generation.SOLUTION: A power generator 12 comprises: a magnet holder 3 which is provided on the tip of a V type brace 2 and horizontally extends by a prescribed length; a facing extension body 4 which is integrally provided with a lower beam BD; and a power generation unit 21 which converts the linear motion of the movement into the rotational motion when the magnet holder 3 and the facing extension body 4 relatively move, and generates power with the converted rotational motion. An eddy current type damper includes a plurality of permanent magnets 5 which are attached to the magnet holder 3. The facing extension body 4 is configured such that the eddy current for generating resistance force that prevents the movement is generated when the magnet holder 3 and the facing extension body 4 relatively move. The eddy current type damper further includes a resistance force adjustment mechanism 11 which can utilize the power generated by the power generator 12 as a drive source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】構造物の振動を利用して効率よく発電することができる発電装置、及びその発電によって得られた電力を利用可能な渦電流式ダンパを提供する。【解決手段】発電装置12は、∨型ブレース2の先端部に設けられ、水平に所定長さ延びる磁石ホルダ3と、下梁BDと一体に設けられた対向延設体4と、磁石ホルダ3と対向延設体4が相対的に移動する際に、その移動による直線運動を回転運動に変換し、変換した回転運動によって発電する発電部21と、を備えている。また、渦電流式ダンパは、磁石ホルダ3に取り付けられた複数の永久磁石5を備え、対向延設体4は、磁石ホルダ3と対向延設体4が相対的に移動する際に、その移動を妨げる抵抗力を発生させるための渦電流が生じるように構成されており、発電装置12によって発電された電力を駆動源として利用可能な抵抗力調整機構11を、さらに備えている。【選択図】図3 |
