Summary:To provide a hemostasis instrument and a hemostasis management system comprising such hemostasis instrument, the hemostasis instrument being capable of easily measuring information to be a base for determining a patient's blood vessel state and being capable of contributing to mitigation of loads on doctors and nurses.SOLUTION: A hemostasis instrument 10 comprises: an extension unit 46 configured to be disposed on a limb's part from which bleeding is to be stopped; a belt body 20 (belt member) configured to fix the extension unit to the limb; and an ultrasound probe 110 disposed on a portion of the belt body. The ultrasound probe includes a vibrator for generating ultrasound. The vibrator has an ultrasound radiation surface for radiating ultrasound in a direction Y crossing the belt body's longer direction X.
