Summary: | To provide a polyolefin-based flame-retardant resin composition which has high flexibility and high handleability and is silane crosslinkable, and an insulated wire and a wire harness using the flame-retardant resin composition.SOLUTION: A flame-retardant resin composition contains (A) silane-grafted polyolefin obtained by grafting a silane coupling agent with polyolefin, (B) non-modified polyolefin, (C) and modified polyolefin having one or more kinds of functional groups selected from a carboxyl group, an ester group, an acid anhydride group, an amino group and an epoxy group as resin components, further contains (D) a flame retardant and (E) a crosslinking catalyst, in which a silane-crosslinked crosslinked body has a melting point of 80°C or higher and a bending elastic modulus of 100 MPa or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】柔軟性の高さと取り扱い性の高さを兼ね備えたシラン架橋可能なポリオレフィン系の難燃性樹脂組成物、およびそのような難燃性樹脂組成物を用いて構成される絶縁電線およびワイヤーハーネスを提供する。【解決手段】樹脂成分として、(A)ポリオレフィンに対してシランカップリング剤がグラフトされたシラングラフトポリオレフィン、(B)未変性ポリオレフィン、(C)カルボキシル基、エステル基、酸無水物基、アミノ基、エポキシ基から選択される1種または2種以上の官能基を有する変性ポリオレフィン、を含有し、さらに、(D)難燃剤と、(E)架橋触媒と、を含有し、シラン架橋させた架橋体が、80℃以上の融点と、100MPa以下の曲げ弾性率を有する、難燃性樹脂組成物とする。【選択図】図1 |
