To provide a flaw detection testing method which can shorten a time until an appropriate flaw detection image is electronically stored.SOLUTION: A flaw detection testing method 1 uses a flaw detection image of an object from an ultrasonic flaw detection device (hereinafter, flaw detection device). The flaw detection testing method 1 comprises: a terminal wearing step 2 in which a worker wears a wearable terminal displaying a flaw detection image; a device arrangement step 3 in which the flaw detection device is arranged on the object; and a scan step 6 in which the flaw detection device scans the object. The flaw detection testing method 1 further comprises: a scan state confirmation step in which the worker confirms the flaw detection image from the scanning flaw detection device with the wearable terminal; and a scan state adjustment step in which the worker adjusts the scan state of the flaw detection device such that the flaw detection image becomes appropriate when the confirmed flaw detection image is inappropriate.
