Summary: | To provide a film having small variations in thermal diffusivity, and a composition which enables formation of the film.SOLUTION: A film contains a polyimide-based resin (A) and a particulate polymer (B), in which in a scanning type transmission electron microscopic image of a cross section in a film thickness direction, an observation region of a rectangle with a length t in the film thickness direction and a length 1.5×t in a direction vertical to the thickness direction is set in an arbitrary place [t represents smaller one of 25×L (L represents average primary particle diameter of particulate polymer (B)) and film thickness], when each area of the particulate polymer (B) in a division region of six squares obtained by equally dividing the observation region into two in a thickness direction and equally dividing the observation region into three in a direction vertical to the thickness direction is calculated, standard deviation of the area is 20 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】熱拡散率のばらつきが小さいフィルム及び該フィルムを形成可能な組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ポリイミド系樹脂(A)及び粒子状ポリマー(B)を含むフィルムであって、該フィルムの厚さ方向の断面の走査型透過電子顕微鏡画像において、任意の場所に、該フィルムの厚さ方向の長さt、及び該厚さ方向に垂直な方向の長さが1.5×tの長方形の観察領域を設定し〔tは、25×L(Lは粒子状ポリマー(B)の平均一次粒子径を表す)及びフィルム厚さのいずれか小さい方の長さを表す〕、該観察領域を厚さ方向に均等に2分割、及び厚さ方向に垂直な方向に均等に3分割して得られる6つの正方形の分割領域における粒子状ポリマー(B)の面積をそれぞれ算出したときに、該面積の標準偏差が20以下である、フィルム。【選択図】なし |
