Summary:To provide a structure constructible in a short construction period, by minimizing concrete placing work at a construction site.SOLUTION: A ground skeleton 4 of a building 1 is constructed by connecting multiple first precast concrete members 20A and multiple second precast concrete members 20B. The precast concrete members 20A, 20B have column parts 30 extending vertically and beam parts 40 extending horizontally from the column parts 30. Columns 10 of the ground skeleton 4 are constructed by connecting the respective column parts 30 of the precast concrete members 20A, 20B arranged in upper and lower positions. Some of beams 11 of the ground skeleton 4 are constructed by connecting the mutually facing beam parts 40 of the adjacent precast concrete members 20A, 20B via PC steels 53 applied with a tensioning force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】建設現場におけるコンクリートの打設作業を極力少なくして、短工期で構築可能な構造物を提供すること。【解決手段】建物1の地上躯体4は、第1プレキャストコンクリート部材20A、第2プレキャストコンクリート部材20Bが複数連結されて構築される。プレキャストコンクリート部材20A、20Bは、鉛直方向に延びる柱部30と、柱部30から水平方向に延びる梁部40とを備える。地上躯体4の柱10は、上下に配置されたプレキャストコンクリート部材20A、20Bの柱部30同士が連結されて構築される。地上躯体4の一部の梁11は、隣り合うプレキャストコンクリート部材20A、20Bの互いに対向する梁部40同士が、緊張力を導入したPC鋼材53を介して連結されて構築される。【選択図】図3
