To provide proper information to a user.SOLUTION: The information processor of the present application includes an acquisition unit, an estimation unit, a calculation unit, and a provision unit. The acquisition unit acquires plural pieces of positional information showing the positions of plural users. The estimation unit estimates the number of moving users, who are users moving in an area, on the basis of the plural pieces of positional information acquired by the acquisition unit. The calculation unit calculates the average time of the users moving in the area on the basis of the number of moving users estimated by the estimation unit.
