To provide a lighting device which enables easy attachment/detachment of a light source unit.SOLUTION: A lighting device 100 is fixed to a structure. The lighting device 100 includes: a body unit 700; a frame body unit 500; and a light source unit 300. The body unit 700 is fixed to the structure. The frame body unit 500 is detachably attached to the body unit 700. The light source unit 300 is detachably attached to the frame body unit 500. The frame body unit 500 may be attached to or detached from the body unit 700 in a state that the light source unit 300 is attached to the frame body unit 500.
