To provide an inductor component which prevents electricity from flowing between external terminals until the inductor component is mounted on a substrate etc.SOLUTION: An inductor wiring 20 extends in an element body BD. A first vertical wiring 71 is connected to the inductor wiring 20. An upper surface of the first vertical wiring 71 is exposed from a major surface MF of the element body BD. A first external terminal 81 is laminated on the upper surface of the first vertical wiring 71. The first external terminal 81 has a first conductive part 81A and a first insulation part 81B.
