Summary:To provide a clad steel sheet in which a connected surface has excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance and a manufacturing method for the clad steel sheet.SOLUTION: A stainless clad steel sheet in which a connected surface has excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance is provided, the stainless clad steel sheet is composed of a cladding material of stainless steel or Ni-based alloy and a base material of carbon steel or low alloy steel and has constitution in which an insert material is inserted between the cladding material and the base material, wherein the connected surface having excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance has a region having a nano-hardness of 7 GPa or more and a width of 5 μm or less. In the connected surface of the clad steel, a region of martensite high in the hydrogen embrittlement resistance is small, so that even when welding containing hydrogen in a weld gas is performed, interface peeling can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】良好な接合面の耐水素脆化性を有するクラッド鋼板およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ステンレス鋼またはNi基合金を合せ材とし、炭素鋼または低合金鋼を母材とし、合せ材と母材の間にインサート材が挿入されているクラッド鋼板の母材とインサート材の界面において、ナノ硬さが7GPa以上である領域の幅が5μm以下である接合面の耐水素脆化性に優れたステンレスクラッド鋼板。クラッド鋼板の接合面において、水素脆化感受性の高いマルテンサイトの領域が小さいので、溶接ガスに水素を含有する溶接を実施した場合でも界面剥離を防止できる。【選択図】図1
