Summary:To improve accuracy of risk evaluation.SOLUTION: A medical image processing apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: an acquisition unit; a setting unit; and a calculation unit. The acquisition unit acquires a first parameter about the force in a coronary artery of a subject and a second parameter about at least one of the shape, characteristic and fluid resistance in the coronary artery. The setting unit sets a weighting factor corresponding to the anatomical position of the coronary artery to at least one of the first parameter and the second parameter.
