Summary:To prevent or reduce occurrence of twin eddy current on a lower side of an opening, and enable efficient coagulation sedimentation treatment in a slant plate for floc formation in which a plurality of the above-said openings are provided in each plate.SOLUTION: A slant plate 1 is located on an upper side of a sludge blanket tank 3 which flocks suspended particles in water to be treated in a process of rising the water to be treated that has flown in from a rapid stirring tank 4 for stirring and mixing the water to be treated and an aggregate, and comprises a plurality of plates 11 having an opening 2.
