Summary:To appropriately determine presence or absence of leakage of a secondary side even if gas equipment is used before breaking in the secondary side of a cutoff valve in restoration processing after earthquake-sensitive breaking.SOLUTION: An earthquake-sensitive breaking restoration method executes: instantaneous opening processing for opening a cutoff valve such that a pressure drop of pressure in a secondary side becomes equal to or more than a detectable pressure drop detection lower-limit threshold and the amount of inflow of gas from a primary side to a secondary side becomes the half or less of the amount of inflow of gas into the secondary side by normal leakage determination processing as normal leakage determination processing in the secondary side by using a pressure sensor after execution of earthquake-sensitive breaking processing; and leakage determination processing for determining presence or absence of leakage in the secondary side according to a degree of pressure drop in the secondary side detected by the pressure sensor after execution of the instantaneous opening processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】感震遮断後の復帰処理において、遮断弁の二次側において遮断前にガス機器の使用があった場合であっても、二次側の漏洩の有無を適切に判定する。【解決手段】感震遮断処理の実行後に、圧力センサにて二次側圧力の圧力降下を検知可能な圧力降下検知下限閾値以上で、且つ一次側から二次側へのガスの流入量が二次側の通常の漏洩判定処理としての通常漏洩判定処理での二次側へのガスの流入量の半分以下となるよう遮断弁を開放する瞬時開放処理と、当該瞬時開放処理の実行後に、圧力センサにより検知される二次側の圧力降下程度により二次側での漏洩の有無を判定する漏洩判定処理を実行する。【選択図】図2
