To propose a pillow-shaped packaging bag containing a content that allows a content to be taken out from the packaging bag without impairing an original viscoelasticity of the content.SOLUTION: A film packaging bag 1 containing a content includes a protrusion part 21 in which a first side seal 20 arranged at an upper end of a pillow-shaped packaging bag 10 protrudes toward the upper end, a recession part 23 which has recessed to a lower end side, and a connection part in which the protrusion part 21 and the recession part 23 are connected and a first cutting notch 25 is formed. A narrow storage part 14 surrounded by the protrusion part 21 and the connection part 24 of a storage part 12 storing the content 5 has a width exceeding half the width of the pillow-shaped packaging bag 1.
