Summary:To provide a system consistently managing from order of members to a member maker to delivery to sites.SOLUTION: A system according to the present invention determines collection timing of collecting at least some members out of a plurality of ordered members from one or more member makers based on a production lead time representing a standard time required from ordering a plurality of members to completing production thereof respectively, and a delivery lead time representing a standard time required from delivering the plurality of members to sites respectively, and allocates at least one first transportation means heading for the one or more member makers at the collection timing in order to collect the at least some members from the one or more member makers.
