To provide a radiation-resistant circuit that is superior in environmental performance such as radiation resistance etc., and a self-diagnosis method for the radiation-resistant circuit.SOLUTION: A radiation-resistant circuit comprises: an analog switch circuit 101 which consists of a parallel circuit of pMOS 111 and nMOS 112; a pilot signal generation part 102 which outputs a predetermined potential signal to a first terminal 1003 of the analog switch circuit 101; a signal processing part 103 which performs signal processing on an electric signal of a second terminal 1004 of the analog switch circuit 101; and a self-diagnostic part 104 which detects a state of electric characteristics of the analog switch circuit 101 with an output signal of the signal processing part 103, and diagnoses a state of deterioration of the analog switch circuit 101 due to radiation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】耐放射線性などの環境性能に優れ、かつ放射線による劣化を診断する耐放射線回路、および耐放射線回路の自己診断方法を提供する。【解決手段】ｐＭＯＳ１１１とｎＭＯＳ１１２の並列回路で構成されたアナログスイッチ回路１０１と、アナログスイッチ回路１０１の第１端子１００３に所定の電位信号を出力するパイロット信号生成部１０２と、アナログスイッチ回路１０１の第２端子１００４の電気信号を信号処理する信号処理部１０３と、信号処理部１０３の出力信号によって、アナログスイッチ回路１０１の電気特性の状態を検出して、アナログスイッチ回路１０１の放射線による劣化の状態を診断する自己診断部１０４とを備える。【選択図】図１
