When an operation information acquisition unit 114 acquires first operation information transmitted from the terminal device 5 and indicating that a user confirms the first notification information, the notification unit 113 transmits to the terminal device 5 second notification information indicating the indoor temperature and an operation state of an air conditioner 7 thereafter.
