To provide a heat exchanger capable of efficiently exchanging heat without impeding fluid distribution in piping.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat exchanger attached to pipping and exchanging heat with fluid in the piping. The heat exchanger includes a cylindrical portion, and a plurality of plate-shaped fins parallel to each other, arranged inside the cylindrical portion and parallel to the central axis of the cylindrical portion.
