Summary:To independently control operation of motion of a 6-degree of freedoms by arranging a plurality of rotary magnetic field generation units in each of which a magnetic field generation element such as a magnet forming a rotary magnetic field is arranged in a fixed plane, in a magnetically levitated movable body.SOLUTION: A magnetically levitated movable body has: a machine body; a rotary magnetic field generation unit group formed by arranging a rotary magnetic field generation unit in 6 or more positions of the machine body, wherein rotary magnetic field generation unit forms a rotating magnetic field by arranging a plurality of respective magnetic field generation elements in a magnetic field generation element arrangement surface; and a rotary magnetic field control unit controlling rotation of a magnetic field of the rotary magnetic field generation unit. The magnetic field generation arrangement surface in at least a pair of rotary magnetic field generation units of the rotary magnetic field generation unit group is slantingly fixed to the machine body in such a manner that the magnetic field generation arrangement surfaces are not parallel to each other, and the rotary magnetic field control unit independently controls motion of 6-degrees of freedoms to an electric conductor plate of the magnetically levitated movable body by separately controlling a rotation speed of the rotary magnetic field generation unit of the respective rotary magnetic field generation unit groups.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】磁気浮上移動体において、回転磁界を形成する磁石等の磁界生成素子を、固定した平面上に配置した回転磁界生成ユニットを複数配置して、6自由度の運動の動作を独立して制御する。【解決手段】磁気浮上移動体は、機体と、複数の磁界生成素子それぞれを磁界生成素子配置面に配置して回転する磁界をつくる回転磁界生成ユニットを、前記機体の6か所以上の位置に配置した回転磁界生成ユニット群と、前記回転磁界生成ユニットの磁界の回転を制御する回転磁界制御部と、を備える。前記回転磁界生成ユニット群の少なくとも1対の回転磁界生成ユニットにおける前記磁界生成素子配置面は、互いに非平行となるように傾斜して前記機体に固定され、前記回転磁界制御部は、前記回転磁界生成ユニット群それぞれの前記回転磁界生成ユニットの回転磁界の回転数を別々に制御することにより、前記磁気浮上移動体の、前記電気導体板に対する6自由度の運動を独立して制御する。【選択図】 図1
