Summary:To provide a method for producing a laminate film having gas barrier properties which has sufficiently high laminate strength between an ink layer contained in the laminate film and a layer contacting the ink layer.SOLUTION: A method for producing a laminate film 10 includes: a step (A) of forming an ink layer 7 onto a surface a gas barrier layer 1A using aqueous liquid ink by flexographic printing; a step (B) of coating an adhesive layer so as to cover the ink layer; and a step (C) of sticking a base material layer 9 onto the adhesive layer, in which the aqueous liquid ink contains a pigment, a binder resin and a water-soluble solvent, a content of the pigment based on the total mass of the ink layer is 40-75 mass%, and in a cross section of the ink layer observed by a scanning type electrode microscope, a ratio of an area of a gap with a diameter of 0.1 μm or more to the area of the ink layer is 5% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ガスバリア性を有する積層フィルムであってこれに含まれるインキ層と、インキ層に接する層とのラミネート強度が十分に高い積層フィルムの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】積層フィルム10の製造方法は、(A)水性リキッドインキを使用し且つフレキソ印刷によって、ガスバリア層1Aの表面にインキ層7を形成する工程と、(B)インキ層を覆うように接着層を塗工する工程と、(C)接着層に対して基材層9を貼り付ける工程とを含み、水性リキッドインキが、顔料と、バインダー樹脂と、水溶性溶媒とを含み、インキ層の全質量を基準として顔料の含有量が40~75質量%であり、走査型電子顕微鏡によって観察されるインキ層の断面において、インキ層の面積に対して直径0.1μm以上の空隙の面積の割合が5%以下である。【選択図】図1
