To improve a comfortableness in sitting on a marginal part of a Tatami floor used as a veranda of a residence.SOLUTION: A Tatami room 3 facing a balcony 14 of a residence 1 has a Tatami floor 30. The Tatami floor 30 is fitted in a door sill 31 of the Tatami room 3 at a position higher than a floor 20 of a line of flow 15 of a second floor 2. A sweep-out window 32 is arranged between the Tatami floor 3 and the balcony 14. A sill 33 at which the sweep-window 32 is arranged is set at the same level with a floor 18 of the balcony 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】住宅の縁側として利用される畳床の縁部に腰掛けた際の座り心地の向上を図る。【解決手段】住宅１のバルコニ１４に面する畳の間３は、畳床３０を有する。畳床３０は、二階フロア２の動線１５の床２０よりも高レベルの位置において、畳の間３の敷居３１に嵌め込まれている。畳の間３とバルコニ１４との間には、掃き出し窓３２が配置される。掃き出し窓３２が配置される下枠３３は、バルコニ１４の床１８と同レベルに設定される。【選択図】図１
