Summary:To provide a pile holding device which maintains a pile suspended state in place of an excavation device in a period during which a ground improvement material of an excavation hole is solidified.SOLUTION: A pile holding device 21 suspends and holds a pile 16 buried in an excavation hole. The pile holding device includes a suspension rod 22, and an installation base 23. In the suspension rod, a cap 27 detachably mounted with an upper end of a pile is provided on its lower end, and an engagement part 26 is provided on its side face. The installation base includes an engagement part for engaging an engagement part of the suspension rod. The pile can be held by engaging the engagement part of the suspension rod whose lower end is mounted with the pile by the engagement part of the installation base. A diameter of the suspension rod is smaller than a diameter of the pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】掘削孔の地盤改良材が凝固するまでの期間、杭を吊り下げた状態を掘削装置の代わりに維持する杭保持装置を提供する。【解決手段】杭保持装置２１は、掘削孔に埋設された杭１６を吊り下げて保持する。この杭保持装置は、吊り下げロッド２２と、設置台２３とを備えている。吊り下げロッドには、杭の上端が着脱可能に取り付けられるキャップ２７が下端に設けられているとともに、係合部２６が側面に設けられている。設置台は、吊り下げロッドの係合部を係止する係止部を具備する。下端に杭が取り付けられた吊り下げロッドの係合部を、設置台の係止部で係止することにより、杭を保持することができる。吊り下げロッドの径は、杭の径よりも小さく構成されている。【選択図】図３
