To provide a packaging box that is stably stackable after opening by reducing irregularities of appearance in a sealed state.SOLUTION: A packaging box 1 whose space for storing packed articles is formed by a plurality of wall surfaces. The packaging box 1 comprises a second wall 22 opposed to a first wall 21; a third wall 23 that connects the first wall 21 with the second wall 22; a first inner wall 14 arranged so as to overlap an inner surface of part of the first wall 21; a recess 24 to which the first inner wall 14 is exposed, that is formed by notching the part of the first wall 21; and an opening cutting line 25 for opening an opening part over a third wall 23 from the second wall 22 by cutting a range excluding part of the second wall 22, that is formed on the second wall 22 and the third wall 23. Part of the second wall 22 remains as a protrusion in an opening state of opening the opening part, and protrusions of the packaging box 1 arranged below are engaged with recesses 24 of the packaging box 1 arranged above when stacking the packaging box 1 in an upward/downward direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】封緘状態における外観の凹凸を少なくし、開封後には安定した積み上げを可能にする包装箱を提供する。【解決手段】包装箱１は、複数の壁面によって被包装物を収容する空間が形成されている。包装箱１は、第１壁２１に対向する第２壁２２と、第１壁２１と第２壁２２とを連結する第３壁２３と、第１壁２１の一部の内面に重なるように配置される第１内壁１４と、第１壁２１の一部を切り欠くことで形成され、第１内壁１４が露出する凹部２４と、第２壁２２および第３壁２３に形成され、第２壁２２の一部を除いた範囲を切断することで第２壁２２から第３壁２３に亘って開口部を開口させる開口切断線２５と、を備え、開口部を開口させた開封状態で、第２壁２２の一部は凸部として残存し、上下方向に包装箱１を積み重ねる場合に、下方に配置された包装箱１の凸部は、上方に配置された包装箱１の凹部２４に嵌合する。【選択図】図１
