Summary:To provide a non-aqueous secondary battery having high reliability.SOLUTION: A non-aqueous secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an insulating layer which is a single layer whose one surface comes in contact with the positive electrode and the other surface comes in contact with the negative electrode, and contains a polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin and inorganic particles, and an electrolyte.
