Summary:To provide a harvesting device capable of saving a space in comparison with hitherto.SOLUTION: A harvesting device includes: a cutting part for cutting a part of a harvest, which is a place for harvesting a part to be harvested of the harvest from a cultivation tray where the harvest is cultivated; and a tray conveyance route 17 for conveying the cultivation tray toward the cutting part. The harvesting device has a constitution in which the tray conveyance route 17 takes a harvesting posture having a friction angle exceeded 90 degrees or less of the part to be harvested to a horizontal plane. Thus, an installation area can be reduced, and a space can be saved in comparison with hitherto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】従来に比べて、省スペース化が可能な収穫装置を提供する。【解決手段】収穫物が栽培された栽培トレイから収穫物の被収穫部を収穫するものであり、収穫物の一部を切断する切断部と、栽培トレイを切断部に向かって搬送するトレイ搬送路１７を備え、トレイ搬送路１７が水平面に対して被収穫部の摩擦角超過９０度以下となる収穫姿勢をとる構成とする。こうすることで設置面積が小さくでき、従来に比べて省スペース化が可能となる。【選択図】図４
