Summary:To provide a fuel battery capable of suppressing leakage of a fluid with a simpler structure.SOLUTION: A fuel battery according to the present embodiment comprises: a polymer electrolyte membrane; a cell having an anode electrode and a cathode electrode, nipping the polymer electrolyte membrane; an anode separator having a fuel channel in contact with the anode electrode; a cathode separator having an oxidant channel in contact with the cathode electrode; a seal material on the anode side for separating the fuel; and a seal material on the cathode side for separating an oxidant.
