Summary: | To achieve a shearing process reducing the tensile residual strain and processing area in the shearing edge face of a metal plate when applying a shearing process using a stepped upper blade to cutting of the metal plate, and to produce a press part in which the shearing process is applied.SOLUTION: A shearing blade 23 used in a shearing metal mold necessary for cutting a metal plate has as a cutting part, a first cutting part 23A in which two blade tips are disposed stepwise in a cutting direction and a second cutting part 23B having one blade tip. A second blade tip 23Ab of the first cutting part and a blade tip 23Ba of the second cutting part configure the blade tip for cutting a metal plate 10 into an aimed cut shape, and a first blade tip 23Aa of the first cutting part is configured so as to contact the metal plate 10 at the same time as or after the contact with the blade tip 23Ba of the second cutting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】段付き上刃を用いたせん断加工を金属板の切断に適用した際における、金属板のせん断端面の引張り残留応力並びに加工領域を低減するせん断加工、及びそのせん断加工を適用したプレス部品の製造を目的とする。【解決手段】金属板を切断するせん断金型に用いられるせん断刃23であって、刃部として、2つの刃先が切断方向へ段状に配置された第1の刃部23Aと、刃先が1つの第2の刃部23Bとを有し、第1の刃部の第2刃先23Abと、第2の刃部の刃先23Baとが、目的とする切断形状に金属板10を切断する刃先を構成し、第1の刃部の第1刃先23Aaは、第2の刃部の刃先23Baと同時若しくは当該第2の刃部の刃先よりも後に金属板10に接触するように構成されている。【選択図】図1 |
