Summary:To provide a method for producing a ceramic plate capable of reducing electrical insulation.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic plate comprises an irradiation step in which the main surface of a plate-like ceramic sintered body is irradiated with ultraviolet light from a UV light source to transform at least a part of the ceramic sintered body.
