To provide a beverage paper container capable of effectively preventing the adherence of various bacteria and the like to a beverage paper container and suppressing the increase of cost due to use of an antibacterial layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a gable roof type beverage paper container, in which a pair of gable roof forming panels 15 and 16 facing each other and a pair of gable wall forming panels 22 and 23 facing each other and in which either one thereof forms a spout 21, are connected together at upper ends of barrel panels 5, 6, 7 and 8. The gable wall forming panels 22 and 23 are tucked in between the gable roof forming panels 15 and 16 to form a top part 34. An antibacterial layer 45 is disposed on an outer surface of the gable wall forming panel 23 to be opened as the spout 21 from the gable wall forming panels 22 and 23 in a range of at least 50% from a lower portion of the outer surface toward an upper portion side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 飲料用紙容器への雑菌等の付着を効果的に防止でき、しかも抗菌層を設けることによるコストアップを抑えられるようにした飲料用紙容器を得る。【解決手段】 胴部パネル５，６，７，８の上端に、互いに対向する一対の切妻屋根形成パネル１５，１６と、互いに対向して何れか一方が注出口２１となり開封される一対の妻壁形成パネル２２，２３が連接し、切妻屋根形成パネル１５，１６の間に妻壁形成パネル２２，２３が折り込まれて、頂部３４が形成される切妻屋根型の飲料用紙容器において、妻壁形成パネル２２，２３のうち、注出口２１となり開封される妻壁形成パネル２３の外側面に、下面から上面側に向かって少なくとも５０％以上の範囲で抗菌層４５を設けた。【選択図】図２
