Summary:To provide an insole that promotes strong aeration.SOLUTION: The insole that promotes strong aeration has an insole proximal region 1, and a large number of compressed exhaust units for producing air flow based on stepped pressure is installed on the insole proximal region 1. The compressed exhaust units are provided with a chamber 21 for making gas reside therein, and an upper porosity 22 for communicating mutually with the chamber 21 is installed on top of the insole proximal region 1. A sac 23 for elastically deforming and reinstating based on the stepped pressure is installed in the lower part of the insole proximal region 1.
