Summary:To provide a boxing device and a storage box manufacturing method capable of stably storing a plurality of bag bundles in a box in a desired posture.SOLUTION: A boxing device 10 includes: accommodating bodies 13; a transport accommodating device 12 that transports a plurality of bag bundles B from a supply area P1 and accommodates them in the accommodating bodies 13 arranged at delivery positions P2-1 and P2-2; accommodating transport units 14a, 14b that transport the accommodating bodies 13 from the delivery positions P2-1 and P2-2 to rotating positions P3-1 and P3-2; and rotating portions 15a and 15b that rotate the accommodating bodies 13 positioned at the rotating positions P3-1 and P3-2.
