Summary:To provide an information processor and an information processing method that are capable of efficiently easing congestion around an event facility.SOLUTION: An information processor 10 comprises an acquisition unit and a setting unit. The acquisition unit acquires crowded information S1 showing a people crowded condition in an event facility 100. The setting unit dynamically sets a plurality of stands 200 of moving vehicles (for instance, taxis)D on the basis of the crowded information acquired by the acquisition unit. The acquisition unit acquires waiting-number information that shows the number of moving vehicles waiting respectively at the plurality of stands set by the setting unit. The setting unit sets the number of the moving vehicles to be allocated to the stands so as to level the number of the moving vehicles waiting at the plurality of stands on the basis of the waiting-number information acquired by the acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】イベント施設周辺の混雑を効率良く緩和させることができる情報処理装置および情報処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態の一態様に係る情報処理装置10においては、取得部と、設定部とを備える。取得部は、イベント施設100における人の滞留状況を示す滞留情報S1を取得する。設定部は、取得部によって取得された滞留情報に基づいて、移動体(例えばタクシー)Dの乗り場200を動的に複数設定する。また、取得部は、設定部によって設定された複数の乗り場にそれぞれ待機する移動体の数を示す待機数情報を取得する。また、設定部は、取得部によって取得された待機数情報に基づいて、複数の乗り場に待機する移動体の数を平準化させるように乗り場へ配車する移動体の数を設定する。【選択図】図1
