Summary:To provide an organic EL display that can improve a light emission ratio while preventing reflection of external light.SOLUTION: An organic EL display 1 comprises: a plurality of organic EL elements 11; an electric circuit unit 20 that is used for the drive of the organic EL elements; and a transmission control panel 30 that is arranged closer to a light emission side of the organic EL elements than the electric circuit unit.
