To provide an entrance monitoring device capable of monitoring fraudulent entrance.SOLUTION: An entrance monitoring device 1 according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a data acquisition unit 11 that acquires first data as entrance data of a person passing through an entrance to enter a predetermined area; a floor sensor 12 that is provided in the entrance and detects feet of the person passing through the entrance; and a monitoring unit 13 that monitors an entering state of the person at the entrance.
