To provide an adsorption pad which can favorably adsorb even an object having an irregular shape, and in a state that reaction force is difficult to be acquired, and a harvesting adsorption hand.SOLUTION: As an adsorption part for adsorbing an object F, an adsorption pad 10 comprises an inside sponge pad 11A and an outside sponge pad 11B which is arranged at an external peripheral side rather than the inside sponge pad 11A. In the case that a side at which an adsorption face contacting with the object F exists is set as a front side when absorbing the object F, a tip of the inside sponge pad 11A and a tip of the outside sponge pad 11B are located in a same position in a fore-and-aft direction, or the tip of the inside sponge pad 11A protrudes to a front side rather than the tip of the outside sponge pad 11B. In a state of absorbing the object F, the inside sponge pad 11A is deformable or movable to a direction in which the object F is made contact with an adsorption face of the outside sponge pad 11B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】不規則な形状を有しており、かつ反力が得られにくい状態の対象物であっても、良好に吸着することのできる吸着パッドおよび収穫用吸着ハンドを提供する。【解決手段】吸着パッド１０は、対象物Ｆを吸着する吸着部として、内側スポンジパッド１１Ａと、内側スポンジパッド１１Ａよりも外周側に配置された外側スポンジパッド１１Ｂとを備えている。対象物Ｆを吸着するときに対象物Ｆに接触する吸着面の存在する側を前方側とする場合、内側スポンジパッド１１Ａの先端と外側スポンジパッド１１Ｂの先端とが前後方向において同じ位置とされているか、もしくは、内側スポンジパッド１１Ａの先端が前記外側スポンジパッド１１Ｂの先端よりも前方側に突出している。内側スポンジパッド１１Ａは、対象物Ｆを吸着した状態で、対象物Ｆを外側スポンジパッド１１Ｂの吸着面に接触させる方向への変形または移動が可能である。【選択図】図３
