Summary: | To realize joint structure of precast members and a joint method of precast members capable of joining precast members with each other further favorably.SOLUTION: In a state in which a protrusion part 21 of a second precast member 20 is engaged into a recessed part 11 of a first precast member 10, an anchor bar 1 of the first precast member 10 is fixed to the second precast member 20. Thereby, the first precast member 10 and the second precast member 20 can be joined without requiring a large-scaled timbering. Furthermore, a first solidification material 40 is filled in a through-hole 3 through an injection hole 4 and a second solidification material 50 is filled in a hole part 2, so that each solidification material can be solidified. Thus, the first precast member 10 and the second precast member 20 can be joined without requiring a frame mold. By this joining method, joint structure 100 of precast members can be acquired where the first precast member 10 and the second precast member 20 are joined further favorably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より好適にプレキャスト部材同士を接合することができるプレキャスト部材の接合構造及びプレキャスト部材の接合方法を実現する。【解決手段】第2のプレキャスト部材20の凸部21を第1のプレキャスト部材10の凹部11に係入した状態で、第1のプレキャスト部材10のアンカー筋1を第2のプレキャスト部材20に固定することで、大掛かりな支保工を要さずに第1のプレキャスト部材10と第2のプレキャスト部材20を結合することができる。更に、注入孔4を通じて貫通孔3に第1の固化材料40を充填し、穴部2に第2の固化材料50を充填して各固化材料を固化させることができるので、型枠を要さずに第1のプレキャスト部材10と第2のプレキャスト部材20を接合することができる。このような接合方法によれば、より好適に第1のプレキャスト部材10と第2のプレキャスト部材20を接合してなるプレキャスト部材の接合構造100が得られる。【選択図】図1 |
