To provide a connecting structure which can improve the coupling rigidity with a shaft, a yoke, and an intermediate shaft.SOLUTION: A first member of a connecting structure 100 comprises a main body part 21 into which a second member is inserted, a pair of fastening parts, and a slit 28. The main body part 21 comprises: a first thick part 41 arranged at a side opposite to the slit 28 in a peripheral direction and having teeth 411; a second thick part 42 arranged between the slit 28 and the first thick part 41 and having teeth 421; a third thick part 43 arranged at a side opposite to the second thick part 42 in the peripheral direction and having teeth 431; a first thin part 51 arranged between the first thick part 41 and the second thick part 42; and a second thin part 52 arranged between the first thick part 41 and the third thick part 43.
