Summary:To provide a manufacturing method of a biodegradable rayon fiber with less decrease in hardness property and high biodegradability, and a fiber structure using the same.SOLUTION: A biodegradable rayon fiber includes a regenerated cellulose and a non-crosslinkable protein, the regenerated cellulose and the non-crosslinkable protein being homogeneously dispersed. In a manufacturing method of a biodegradable rayon fiber, a regenerated cellulose liquid is blended with a component involving a non-crosslinkable protein solution to obtain a spinning solution, wherein at least the regenerated cellulose liquid and the non-crosslinkable protein solution are blended right before a spinning nozzle, then spun.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】強度物性の低下が少なく、生分解性を高くした生分解性レーヨン繊維とその製造方法及びこれを用いた繊維構造物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の生分解性レーヨン繊維は、再生セルロースと非架橋蛋白質を含み、再生セルロースと非架橋蛋白質は均一分散されている。本発明の生分解性レーヨン繊維の製造方法は、再生セルロース液と、非架橋蛋白質溶液を含む成分を混合して紡糸液とする際、少なくとも再生セルロース液と非架橋蛋白質溶液とは紡糸ノズル直前で混合した後、紡糸する。【選択図】図3
