Summary:To provide a scouring preventive unit that can easily achieve seaweed bed regeneration.SOLUTION: The inventive scouring preventive unit comprises a housing equipped with a plurality of openings and a plurality of weighs composed of stones or concrete to be housed in the housing, and the scouring preventive unit is installed in water to prevent the scouring of the ground in the water. The scouring preventive unit has a plurality of porous members to which plant gametes are attached and whose individual shapes are retained in the scouring preventive unit.
