Summary: | To provide an ultrafine carbon fiber yarn and a manufacturing method thereof, more specifically, an ultrafine carbon fiber yarn formed by twisting a carbon fiber raw yarn into an opened carbon fiber yarn and a manufacturing method thereof, especially, an ultrafine yarn formed by laminating variable types of ultra thin films on the opened carbon fiber and subsequently finishing using a slit machine and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: (1) A desired bicomponent yarn is formed by opening, slitting and twisting an opened carbon fiber and combining the yarn with a bicomponent yarn. (2) The bicomponent yarn is formed by simultaneously conducting a process to laminate a film (film made of composite material) and a process to open the opened carbon fiber, slitting, twisting and applying heat treatment for stress removal. Yarns of this invention have a tensile strength improved by 10% or higher than a base yarn of a raw yarn and can be used for wide application.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、極細炭素繊維糸及びその製造方法に関する。より詳細には、本発明は、炭素繊維原糸から開繊炭素繊維糸に撚り加工を施した極細炭素繊維糸及びその製造方法、特に、開繊炭素繊維に各種極薄フィルムをラミネートさせた後にスリット機械にて仕上げられた極細糸およびその製造方法に関する。【解決手段】(1)開繊炭素繊維を開繊・スリット・撚糸・複合糸との複合を行い、求める複合糸を作製すること、(2)開繊炭素繊維を開繊するプロセスと同時に、フィルム(複合材質のフィルム)をラミネートするプロセスを行って、スリット・撚糸を行い、応力除去の熱処理を行い、複合糸を作製すること。本発明の糸類は、原糸の基糸よりも10%以上の引張強度の向上があり、広範な用途に使用できる。【選択図】図1 |
