To provide a cleansing composition that enables the skin to maintain its wet feeling, elasticity, moist feeling, and slippery feeling even after cleaning and to provide a method for producing the composition.SOLUTION: The cleansing composition comprises 25% by weight to 95% by weight of water, 0.001% by weight to 50% by weight of glyceryl laurate, 0.001% by weight to 30% by weight of anti-rash component, 0.001% by weight to 30% by weight of anti-itch component, 0.001% by weight to 30% by weight of deodorant component and 0.001% by weight to 30% by weight of moisturizing component, which are almost uniformly mixed within a range not exceeding 100% by weight in total. In the composition, further, a component extracted from Kumasasa or the like is almost uniformly mixed in a range of 0.001% by weight to 30% by weight and within a range not exceeding 100% by weight in total. In the composition, furthermore, alcohol is almost uniformly mixed in an amount of 0.1% by weight to 50% by weight, which is substantially the same as or less than the above water, and within a range not exceeding 100% by weight in total. The alcohol used is one having moisturizing properties.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】清潔化しても、肌のうるおい感・弾力性・しっとり感・すべすべ感は維持される。【解決手段】清潔化組成物は、水を２５重量％乃至９５重量％、ラウリン酸グリセリルを０．００１重量％乃至５０重量％、かぶれ防止成分を０．００１重量％乃至３０重量％、かゆみ防止成分を０．００１重量％乃至３０重量％を、消臭成分を０．００１重量％乃至３０重量％、保湿成分を０．００１重量％乃至３０重量％を、総合計で１００重量％を超えない範囲で、ほぼ均一に混合した。さらに、クマササなどより抽出した成分を、０．００１重量％乃至３０重量％、総合計で１００重量％を超えない範囲で、ほぼ均一に混合した。また、アルコールを０．１重量％乃至５０重量％であって、上記水とほぼ同量または上記水より少ない量を、総合計で１００重量％を超えない範囲で、ほぼ均一に混合し、当該アルコールは保湿性を有するものとした。【選択図】図３
