Summary:To provide orally disintegrating tablets that contain Tolvaptan as an active ingredient and in which the delay in the elution of Tolvaptan as the active ingredient from the drug is improved.SOLUTION: Provided is a Tolvaptan-containing orally disintegrating tablet that contains Tolvaptan as an active ingredient, and contains as additives D-mannitol, crystalline cellulose, corn starch, crospovidone, sucralose, magnesium stearate, and a binder, the orally disintegrating tablet characterized by using polyvinyl alcohol (partially saponified product) as a binder, and the binder being used in an amount of 0.8 to 1.5 wt.% based on the total weight of the pharmaceutical formulation.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 有効成分としてトルバプタンを含有する口腔内崩壊錠であって、製剤からの有効成分であるトルバプタンの溶出遅延が改善された口腔内崩壊錠を提供すること。【解決手段】 有効成分としてトルバプタン、及び添加剤としてＤ－マンニトール、結晶セルロース、トウモロコシデンプン、クロスポビドン、スクラロース、ステアリン酸マグネシウム並びに結合剤を含有するトルバブタン含有口腔内崩壊錠において、結合剤としてポリビニルアルコール（部分けん化物）を用いたことを特徴とする口腔内崩壊錠であり、当該結合剤を、製剤全重量を基準として０．８～１．５重量％用いるものである口腔内崩壊錠である。【選択図】 なし
