To enable energy-efficient ventilation in an inner window placed on the indoor side of an opening part.SOLUTION: An inner window located on the indoor side of an opening is provided with a mullion fixed to a building skeleton, a plurality of panel units supported by the mullion, and a connecting member for connecting the plurality of panel units. The panel unit has an upper frame, a lower frame, and right and left vertical frames, and the vertical frame on one side has a fixing part to be fixed to the mullion and an engaging part to engage the connecting member, and the vertical frame on the other side has an engaging part for engaging the connecting member.
