To provide a glass cloth having a thickness of 16 μm or less, which has little waving at coating of a prepreg, is excellent in handleability, has resin impregnation property, and can make a resin layer uniform on the front and back of the glass cloth, and the prepreg and a printed circuit board using the glass cloth.SOLUTION: A glass cloth with a thickness of 8 μm or more and 16 μm or less, which is made by weaving glass yarns composed of a plurality of glass filaments as warps and wefts, and the average mass per unit length of the warp is 1.40×10-6 kg/M or more and less than 1.80×10-6 kg/m, the average mass per unit length of the weft is 1.80×10-6 kg/m or more and 4.00×10-6 kg/m or less, and ratio of mean mass per unit length of weft to mean mass per unit length of warp (weft/warp ratio) is more than 1.20 and 1.80 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 プリプレグ塗工時の波打ちが少なく取扱い性に優れ、樹脂含侵性を有しガラスクロスの表裏で樹脂層を均一にできる、厚さ１６μｍ以下のガラスクロス、該ガラスクロスを使用したプリプレグ及びプリント配線板用基板を提供すること。【解決手段】 複数本のガラスフィラメントからなるガラス糸を経糸及び緯糸として製織してなる、厚さ８μｍ以上１６μｍ以下のガラスクロスであって、経糸の単位長さ当たりの平均質量が、１．４０×１０-6ｋｇ／ｍ以上１．８０×１０-6ｋｇ／ｍ未満、緯糸の単位長さ当たりの平均質量が、１．８０×１０-6ｋｇ／ｍ以上４．００×１０-6ｋｇ／ｍ以下であり、経糸の単位長さ当たりの平均質量に対する、緯糸の単位長さ当たりの平均質量の比（緯糸／経糸比）が、１．２０より大きく１．８０以下である、ガラスクロス。【選択図】なし
