Summary:To provide a management device capable of communicating with a device or the like under condition determined according to a purpose of use of video data or the like, acquiring the video data or the like stored in the device or the like, and controlling the device or the like.SOLUTION: A management server periodically receives data or the like including a position information of a vehicle 200 or the like from a drive recorder 200a installed in the vehicle 200 or the like, and comprises an area operation setting table 103 which is used for determining whether or not a condition for detecting entry and/or exit of the vehicle 200 or the like into/from an area and an operation condition such as data acquisition determined according to a purpose of use of the video data or the like are satisfied for each area specified based on one or more location information.
